The Cloud Service and Project Management Coordinator is accountable for maintaining quality of Service / Project management processes and documentation.
In this role, you will be supporting Service / Project Delivery Managers in creating reports and other documents, facilitating communications with Client and Delivery Teams, monitoring delivery activities for compliance with internal processes.
Your responsibilities will include :
Monitor, manage and prioritize Incidents, Problems, Service and Change Requests in a queue to ensure that Service Level Targets are met.
Create Major Incident Reports (MIR) and monitor progress of MIR actions.
Identify incident trends, raise Problem Records.
Maintain Change implementation calendar, chair CAB meetings.
Create and present reports (SLA, KPI, security, technical etc.).
Ensure service management processes are followed, report any incompliance.
Support PMO operations including project roll on / off process, resource time management, project finance reporting.
Maintain high quality of service and project documentation, including Change Requests Implementation Plans, Incident description.
Cooperate closely with delivery teams and facilitate meetings.

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Project Management Office or Back Office Administration or similar.
Basic understanding of modern IT services.
Ability to work under time pressure.
Self-disciplined and organized.
Ability to chair the meetings and communicate to management.
Good reporting skills (incl. knowledge of Ms Excel and / or Ms PowerBI / Tableau).
Good communication and presentations skills (incl. knowledge of Ms Power Point).
Upper intermediate English is a must, other languages will be an advantage (German, French).
Previous experience in IT services company / department will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
