THE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver a best in class AM Engineering Capability - You will have full front-to-back responsibility for the engineering capability for the AM service, from enhancements, upgrades, integrations and custom development.
  • Provide leadership and oversight by setting the direction, strategy, deliverables and operating model of the AM Engineering function.

  • Transform Change Management and Deployment You will introduce Release Engineering to transform the current change management and deployment processes to be more efficient in the deployment of changes and releases to production environment including handover to production support and operations teams.
  • Be Agile with Devops and APIs You will pivot the engineering capability to enable the use of DevOps for CI / CD, including automated tests, builds and environments.
  • Continue to build and publish the Access Management APIs. This technical transformation will enable the rapid development and deployment of features, enhancements and upgrades for the AM platform.

  • Manage risk and ensure compliance You will liaise with the CISRO and AM Service Management team to define the Banks processes in line with the AM standards defined in the ICS policy.
  • Operate AM Engineering in accordance to Service Level Agreements (SLA), Operational Level Agreement (OLA), Key Risk Indicators (KRI), Key Control Indicator (KCI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
