Monitoring the quality and consistency of data
Identification and resolution of Master Data issues
General Mailbox monitoring and administration
Internal customer service and answer to customer queries
Updating documentation
Your profile :
Strong customer service skills
Significant attention to details
Diplomatic personality, able to communicate professionally at all levels
University degree
Min. 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar position
Written German OR English language at B1 / B2 level
Working knowledge of SAP would be an adventage
Experience within a (captive or outsourced) shared services center would be a plus
