WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
In this position, your main duties may include but are not limited to the following :
Troubleshoot system functional issues, coordinate issue resolution and ensure escalation if applicable
Respond day-to-day to user enquiries as well as ensure resolution
Support resolution of process performance issues (e.g. workflow)
Understand and follow Data Governance and support initiatives for ensuring data quality
Write change requests for new requirements and identified improvements
Support the analysis of functional and integration impacts for planned changes
Perform tests of system updates
Participate in global training materials updates
WHAT WE EXPECT
A motivated talent, who brings along the following skillset :
1-2 years of experience in the similar functional role
Ability to understand and solve technical issues in the systems
Solution delivery and service orientation
Analytical mindset illustrated by ability to read and interpret data
Experience in Workday or HR services would be a great plus
English proficiency (speaking and writing)
