We are looking for an HR Data Analyst to strenghten our People Analytics and Reporting team in multi-dimentional HR data analysis.

This is an opportunity for you to perform in-depth, complex analysis of HR data in order to generate insight allowing continuous business development.

The offer

You’ll join Analytics and Reporting team which supports PeopleOrganization. Through our services we want to support the organization tobecome more data-

driven and to elevate the use of data analytics in ourservices and processes. What you'll be doing :

  • Gather and analyze data, using advance statistical models and continuously learning about new ways to mine data
  • Play an important role in data analysis and interpretation as well as presenting the reaserch outcome to our People Leaders and People Services
  • Consulting People Organization regarding reporting and analytics concepts
  • The role is based in Łódź / Warsaw. We are starting our Analytics Services journey - join us in this exiting journey!

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, statistics, mathematics, sociology, economy or related fields of study
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience (data / statistical experience is a must, HR-related knowledge will be an advantage)
  • Great analytical skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills (with internal partners and senior leaders)
  • Detail oriented and creative problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel (including VBA), PowerPoint (as well as other applications with presentation-making functionality)
  • Familiarity with applications allowing advanced statistical analysis will be an asset
