About this Role
Imagine being faced with a world of exciting possibilities that could ultimately enable you to support our people and help shape the health policies of the future.
As the UK’s largest trade union and professional body for nursing, we support our 465,000 members with unwavering loyalty and total commitment.
As a trusted adviser, mediator and advocate you’ll be just as passionate about supporting our members in the Eastern Region.
It’s a high pressure role that will require all of your determination and resilience, but it’s also a role that offers genuine satisfaction.
We're accredited with Investors in People Gold Standard.
Every day will be filled with possibilities as you find new ways to manage and support the development of our accredited representatives and RCN members.
You’ll also manage your own portfolio of casework which will include assisting and representing members with disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Taking care of our existing members will be your primary role, but you’ll also see the possibilities that new members can bring.
A key part of what you do will be to suggest innovative approaches to grow our membership.
To join us you’ll need an in-depth knowledge of health and social care issues, equality and diversity, and employment relations.
