We are a global technology company with 2,000 employees. This role will work as an integral part of close-knit Local and International HR team, who are dispersed across EMEA and APAC countries.
You will be based in Warsaw, working in hybrid model, supporting business teams which operates in Poland.
You will be solely responsible for delivering HR Business partnership to the assigned leaders and employees in Poland. You will have access to operational HR admin support and have responsibility for multiple employee groups.
In addition to your Poland responsibilities, you will be involved in operational work in partnership with HRIS team placed in US and in some projects working in partnership with other HRBPs in different international countries as we roll out new programs and initiatives to make our company an even greater place to work.
HR Business Partner in Xperi has a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation.
If you have a real passion for HR, are familiar with labor law and look to kickstart your career in the field, this is the place to be.
Your role as an HR Business Partner will be far from one-dimensional. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing Onboarding for new employees and interfacing closely with our recruiting / Talent Acquisition team, leading HR Administration, supporting Training & Development as well as Compensation Review & Total Rewards, administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies.
You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And you’ll also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics.
