  • Job Responsibilities :

    We are a global technology company with 2,000 employees. This role will work as an integral part of close-knit Local and International HR team, who are dispersed across EMEA and APAC countries.

    You will be based in Warsaw, working in hybrid model, supporting business teams which operates in Poland.

    You will be solely responsible for delivering HR Business partnership to the assigned leaders and employees in Poland. You will have access to operational HR admin support and have responsibility for multiple employee groups.

    In addition to your Poland responsibilities, you will be involved in operational work in partnership with HRIS team placed in US and in some projects working in partnership with other HRBPs in different international countries as we roll out new programs and initiatives to make our company an even greater place to work.

    HR Business Partner in Xperi has a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation.

    Your role as an HR Business Partner will be far from one-dimensional. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing Onboarding for new employees and interfacing closely with our recruiting / Talent Acquisition team, leading HR Administration, supporting Training & Development as well as Compensation Review & Total Rewards, administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies.

    You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And you’ll also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics.

    The main goals are :

  • to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole,
  • to quickly build and maintain excellent business partnerships with assigned leaders and delivering value-added, pro-active HR service to our employees and managers alike.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with local HR manager, other local managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Drive the cyclical HR processes with dedicated business groups, working closely with Leaders and global HR functions.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient workplace. Ensure HR processes are delivered effectively and qualitatively to the delight of our employees.
  • Use workforce analytics and data to provide meaningful business insights for your local leaders and take steps to improve situations as you see them arise.
  • Deliver projects, change programs and other initiatives according to the HR goals (global and local), working in partnership with other HRBPs or Centres of Excellence as appropriate.
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies. Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic form. Ensure all employee records in HR Systems are up-to-date.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
  • Undertake tasks around performance quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals.
  • Gather and analyze trends and job market data with useful HR metrics.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and supporting of team building activities.
  • Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
  • Who we are looking for?

  • 3+ years of relevant HR generalist or HRBP experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Polish employment law
  • Understanding of general human resources policies / procedures and best practices
  • Exceptional communication, influencing and analytical skills
  • Being enthusiastic and passionate for HR to ensure high commitment and a creative approach to the duties performed
  • Team oriented, pro-active attitude
  • Ability to organize work effectively
  • Passionate advocate for diversity, inclusion and belonging
  • A desire to make a great place even better
  • Low-ego personality and very high levels of emotional intelligence and empathy to support establishing excellent relationships
  • BS degree or professional accreditation in Human Resources or related field
  • Professional proficiency in English and Polish (written and spoken)
  • Excellent IT literacy and numeracy. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
  • Project-management attributes (no necessity for formal qualification)
