The person will be responsible for :
Being the first point of contact for all technical questions originating from the Authorised Dealer Network, internal and identified external partners;
Implementing, running and maintaining IT system based technical support for the Authorised Dealer Network;
Implementing, running and maintaining an on-site based (3 days per week) technical support via on-site, pro-active and reactive visits for the Dealer Network and indenfitied external partners.
Qualifications and Experience
From the candidate we expect :
Minimum 5 years workshop experience at BMW Dealership;
BMW Mechatrinic / Master Technician or University Technical Degree / Diploma (Mechatronic / Mechanical Engineering);
Fluent Polish and English;
Valid driver's license cat. B;
Technical German will be an asset.
