The Role

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career with the experience of working with a Global technology company, based in our Poznan offices, you will be part of a team of 8 Billing Coordinators, split between Basingstoke and Poznan.

Researches and resolves billing and / or collection related issues initiated by customers through phone, email and / or portal communications.

Takes ownership of the request to ensure complete and accurate resolution of billing and / or collection related issue(s).

Acts as a customer's main point of contact for the lifecycle of the dispute.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the customer, sales and other internal departments to resolve billing related issues, such as any billing inquiry, dispute and / or collection issue within the customer's established service level agreements.
  • Researches and resolves customer disputes relating to issues such as incorrect rates, VAT and disconnect issues.

  • Communicates regularly with other areas of the business to ensure that orders are raised to fix billing disputes long term and avoid the same dispute being raised more than once.
  • Escalates complex queries to Manager and initiates training for tickets that require more training and understanding to drive personal development.
  • Monitors the main queue and distribute tickets to other team members making sure the correct skill set can work their assigned tickets.
  • Updates all customers throughout the duration of their ticket ensuring that they know the outcome and what has been either denied or approved in detail.
  • What We Look For in a Candidate

    Minimum Requirements

  • Experience in a billing environment / role.
  • Must be knowledgeable with MS Office Suite, primarily Microsoft Excel - strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Experience working with a large volume of orders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to problem solve and adapt quickly to changing processes.
  • Strong communicator who can drive positive outcomes with a variety of contacts, internally and externally.
  • Preferred Requirements

  • Microsoft Office intermediate experience (Excel / Word / Outlook / PowerPoint).
  • Customer service experience.
