For our Client, Finance Shared Service Center in Poznan we are looking for Finance Application Administrator.
In this possition you will be part of the Finance EMEA’s Regional Support team and report to the Manager Finance Regional Support.
Key tasks and responsibilities
Key user of one or more common finance application, main one is SAP FI / CO.
First line support to resolve application topics
Be the network into second and third line support organisation(s)
Participate in implementation projects of new organizations, processes and systems
Support in roll-out of new releases - testing, evaluation and modification of local procedures
Work together with process managers to perform process and system evaluations to improve business operations
Support audits (tax, accounting, SICS, government) by supporting FOC staff
Application maintenance, support and master data mgmt. System specific, such as :
Monthly closing of various modules within the SARA Masterpiece systems
Perform daily correction of errors
Create standard web queries for recurring use at organization level
Contributor in spreading knowledge about our standardised process and thereby contact with global Finance Training Academy
We expect you to have
2+ years hands on experience with Financial applications as administrator
Understanding of Finance processes, process development and improvement
Very good English B2
Good German will be an asset
Strong analytical and PC (Microsoft Excel) skills
