Daily activities :
As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be partof team which is responsible for planning and implementing high qualityrecruitment process in TC Wrocław.
You will be responsible for managing localrecruitment processes, cooperating with business and global teams and runningemployer branding projects.
Your tasks and duties will include :
coordinating parts of mass recruitment processes
managing candidates in recruitment processes
direct cooperation with hiring managers
seeking new ways to recruit candidates
keeping up with changes on the market
coordinating of recruitment / EB projects
providing excellent standards of candidateexperience
participating in job fairs and other events
verification of candidates’ competences andbuilding long-term relationships
To succeed in this role, you need to be anopen-minded, ability to work under pressure, flexible professional with goodorganization skills.
Our expectations :
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree ofHuman Resources, Psychology or equivalent education
at least 2 years’ in-house recruitmentexperience in IT field
experience in running recruitmentprojects and / or EB campaigns
knowledge of sourcing channels and recruitment methods
experience with any applicant tracking system
very good operational and organizational skills
proactive can-do attitude
open-minded and out-of-box thinking
very good communication in English (both written and spoken)
