We offer a dynamic role in which you willprovide ongoing legal advisory services to Credit Suisse Poland Management asfirst point of contact for all legal matters, in collaboration with lawyers inother Credit Suisse entities.
Your responsibilities :
You will provide Employment Law and HR legal advisory
You will monitor legislative developments and support implementation of the new regulations
You will deliver training and raise legal awareness
You will take care of ongoing advisory to local management and other business partners
You will advise on Data Protection and sourcing contracts

You hold a degree level education in law
You have 1-3 years of experience in the area of Employment Law
You have a deep knowledge of Polish company law and data protection law
You have strong legal interpretation skills and exercise of judgment
You can communicate complex or difficult legal concepts and influence others to accept different points of view
Admission to the bar - nice to have
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You are a creative thinker with the ability to influence and develop trusted relationships with business partners
You possess strong organizational skills including ability to prioritize multiple assignments at a time
You possess excellent spoken and written skills in English
You have high ethical standards and you demonstrate diligent work style
You are a hardworking self-starter, motivated for professional development
