To accelerate Bruker Business initiative, SAP programs and international projects we are extending our existing SAP competence center with headquarter in Germany and are looking for an SAP 1st Level Support Consultant Logistics (m / w / d) in Ettlingen, Bremen or Warsaw.
Aufgaben / Verantwortlichkeiten
Analyze customer messages / tickets in the areas of SAP SD and SAP MM
Create tickets on behalf of customers in exceptional cases
Support and improve existing business operations by solving SAP support tickets (incidents and small changes) in the areas of SAP SD and SAP MM
Implement SAP solutions (customizing, functional testing, training, etc.) based on our global harmonization initiative
Document provided solutions in the ticketing system
Update a Q&A database with relevant entries
Hand-over tickets to 2nd level support
Carry out routine activities according to instructions
Closely cooperate with project teams in hand-over sessions at the end of a project
Successfully completed vocational training or degree in computer science or equivalent
Excellent hands-on experience in SAP SD, MM, CS (2+ years)
Organized, structured way of working as well as service and customer orientation
Experience with ticket systems and 1st level support
Strong team player and strong communication skills
Ability to work in international teams
Excellent English and German language skills (written and verbal)
