Provide 1st line support for clients in hosting environment,
Undertake basic troubleshooting on Windows systems and apps,
Manage tickets and change requests, tickets escalation,
Ensure incidents are tickets are resolved in line with SLAs,
Very good knowledge of English,
Creation of technical documentation
Good understanding of IT environment and network
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2012-2016 systems
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Good working knowledge and understanding of ITIL
At least one year of proven experience within a similar role
Good command of English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
