This role is an excellent opportunity to join us as a Junior Account Manager Sales , LBE (Large Bore Engines)

in our Tenneco, Powertrain Business Group, Global Valves and Valve Seats and Guides Business Units.

This role is open to the following locations :

Poland : (Gdansk / Rybnik / Gliwice)

Czech Republic : (Dacice / Hodkovice)

Romania : (Bucharest)

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial lead of the European Large Bore Engine assigned customers in close cooperation with
  • product development / application engineering and the production plants. Accomplish the sales

    function for assigned customers

  • Supports the LBE Key Account Manager, when needed to execute commercial strategies with the
  • necessary analytical and administrative actions.

  • Worldwide sales of the products from VSG and GV to the Large Bore Engines OEM including
  • licensees and IAM (Independent Aftermarket) customers

  • Proactive expansion and development of LBE sales
  • Retain existing projects, win succession and new projects with existing customers
  • Identification of potential new customers and projects and proactive contact with the aim of
  • receiving requests for quotations

  • TVM activities within existing business
  • Market and competition observation and benchmarking, target pricing in particular
  • Commercial negotiations / annual closures & price agreements
  • Maintaining contact with the relevant hierarchical levels of the customer
  • Checking of purchase orders (part number, price, delivery time), quotation submission, and follow-up
  • internally and externally. Proactive status information to the customer if required

  • Sales / turnover responsibility
  • Active cooperation of the LRP's (Long Range Plan) and OP's (Operational Plan)
  • Maintaining the various sales planning systems (e.g. SOPS)
  • Traveling (national and international)
  • Work out self-responsibly and present product presentations at the customer, trade fairs, and exhibitions
  • Integration into the worldwide LBE team with the proactive contribution
  • Report to the leader of the global LBE business team

  • Required Experience

  • B2B sales experience, in particular in the LBE segment, is a plus
