IT Senior Analyst - Treasury

We currently have an opening for an IT Senior Analyst Shared Services in our Krakow office :
Position Summary; Provide global application support for Aon’s Global Treasury System. Improve user experience and ensure system maintenance is required.
Current stakeholders distributed globally.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide advice and support to end-user to assist in troubleshooting and resolving application and system issues.
Coordinate implementations requirements for technical projects between Treasury and various banking partners
Create / maintain static data, user accounts and roles as requested, maintain user permissions, including documentation of any changes made.
Main point of contact for technical issues on EMEA time zone
Identify areas for improvement technology and operations within Treasury group.
Maintain audit control reports
Assist with user account maintenance and review
Update system and user access documentation
Assist Treasury users and steady state support in any SIT and UAT testing.
Assist steady state support with any maintenance of any linked interfaces to other systems and management of any export and import of data from external sources.
Perform training with vendor on Aon’s Treasury System
Identify and Prioritize end user support requests across multiple areas
Follow up on support requests until issues are closed
Ensure a smooth user experience for business partners by assisting with coordinating changes or updates to systems.
Assist Treasury Operations team with identifying root cause of issues across various processes
Interface with key stakeholders in Treasury to plan and implement changes and requests including
User access and hierarchy changes;
Enhancements (including managing testing requirements);
Coordinate testing between Corporate IT and Treasury Users across technical systems and module
Keep up to date of the latest system upgrades and the functionality enhancements becoming available. Work closely with the system vendor to scope, document, and estimate enhancements and upgrades.
Maintain KPIs and monthly system metrics to assist with reporting to management and identification of areas for improvement
Education / Skill Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or alternatively commensurate work experience
2+ years’ experience with direct finance user support
Experience in developing software training guides and aides
Experience managing deliverables within a diverse geography, across multiple regions and varied cultures / languages
Experience in working with Share point
Experience troubleshooting in Citrix environment
Knowledge of Jira or other ticketing system
History of working in an IT support role preferred
History of customer service role preferred
Project management experience preferred
Experience defining business requirements
Experience with Wall Street System preferred
Experience with Workday System preferred
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with executive management team and end-user community (written and oral, presentation and interpersonal skills).
Ability to train colleagues on functionality.
Above average organizational skills
Experience and comfortable with application support in a global model. End users are globally dispersed
Self-starter with ability to prioritize tasks to meet project / global program requirements
Team player with ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual team environment
