As a HR Shared Services Analyst you will responsible to deliver timely and accurate payroll services on German Market, the key deliverables for this role include ensuring seamless delivery of HR operational services, streamlining, standardizing and driving continuous improvement of all HR processes, expanding self-service capabilities and access to information tools, reporting and analytics.

The HR Shared Services Analyst is also responsible for delivering support for incoming HR requests from team members or managers for various HR activities like payroll transactions, data changes, etc.

At times will be required to respond to report requests presenting information in a clear and concise format.

Responsibilities :

  • Respond to and work with the appropriate support teams to resolve inquiries received through HR Ticketing system, calls, etc.
  • submitted to the HR Service Center

  • Analyse HR transactions and own data integrity of all SuccessFactors transactions by adhering to work guidelines and processes to ensure compliant transactions are maintained
  • Provide superior customer service daily to both external and internal customers
  • Maintain content management of all HR systems
  • Perform system testing as needed
  • Assists with developing and maintaining department's processes and procedure documentation for internal and external reference
  • Provide continuous feedback to peers and management about trends, processes, and opportunities for improvement
  • Qualifications :

  • Strong knowledge of HR Business cycle processes and the impact to pay and compensation processes
  • Experience with leave administration and knowledge of statutory requirements mandating such
  • Experience working with various HR Systems and proficiency with PC applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Ability to work in diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams
  • Detail-oriented and organized with good analytic and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management
  • German language is a must
