Device Deployment and Depot Management
Providing Hands & Eyes support of devices and network
Onsite Support for Employees
Delivering Project Services
Providing Break / Fix of various devices
Our Requirements
Very good English and Polish language min. B2
Previous experience as Operations Support Systems Engineer
Knowledge of mobile devices Android and iOS
Experience with building, configuring, and troubleshooting PCs and laptops
Experience of using a Call Logging system
Knowledge of Windows 7 or 10 and related Office applications
Communicative and well organized at work
Good customer facing skills and being well presented
Very good Customer Service skills
