Job Description

The Indirect Procurement SAP ARIBA support administrator will provide administrative and support services to the EMEA Indirect Procurement Team as well as to the dedicated IT team.This position belongs to Corporate EMEA, Indirect Spend Management team and reports directly to Etoy HQ.More specifically, but not limited to, you will be:

Serving as liaison between Indirect team and AP & Address book team

Supporting enablement process – be the interface between Supplier & SAP ARIBA

Testing catalogues as per test script

Testing invoicing as per test script

Processing invoices in JDE

Troubleshooting when possible, reporting to IT when not

Providing support to Indirect team to ensure business focus

Providing guidance for processes/activities harmonization within the team

Providing recommendations for simplification

Ensuring projects are delivered on time

Tracking deviations & ensuring corrective actions plan We would like to hear from you, if you have / are:
