You'll support the Recruiting Team in all administrative facets of recruiting, from resume processing to event organization.
In this role, you'll plan and organize recruiting events (inviting candidates, room booking, interviewers availability) and prepare event materials (folders, name tags, candidate lists etc.
as well as have contact with candidates and external vendors.
You'll support the management of relevant department data and systems as well as the maintenance of relevant databases and our recruiting mailbox.
Also, you'll support our CV screening process and perform a range of additional administrative tasks, providing assistance to the Recruiting Team where needed.
Additionally, you'll respond to ad hoc requests for data analysis, data maintenance, event support, and you'll juggle multiple responsibilities at once.
Lastly, you'll help in shaping recruiting best practices and procedures across our team globally.
