Our Client, international industrial company is offering a challenging position as KAM Central Eastern Europe to develop the growth of sales, within a highly motivated, international sales team.

segments, -Address the benefits of our products to the key stakeholders within the prospects, -Arrange technical seminars and tests, in order to show the benefits (cost and performance), -
Develop and optimise a distributor network in the region to improve avalibility, -Make quotations and contract agreements, -
Prepare a business plan for the assigned geographical area and segment, -Together with the Sales Director, set targets for volume and number of customers, -
Use Sales Force as reporting tool to monitor commercial activity (e.g. number of leads, visits), -Weekly follow up of the progress, measured with KPIs such as invoiced volume, number of leads and number of on-
going trials at customers, -Participate in team meetings (2-3 times a year) to share technical and commercial arguments, -
Help to build the marketing material and the application catalogue to be uses in campaigns, -Identify needs and best practices (technical, marketing, commercial) in order to grow the business.
The Successful Applicant
Analytic and structured person, -Proactive approach to customer visits and project management, -Languages : Fluent English, -
Travel up to approx. 100 days per year.
