In the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist with English you will be responsible for end to end recruitment process, supporting Hiring Managers in finding best talent on the market and advising on recruitment solutions.
You will support entities from the UK, Ireland and Poland.
Our Client is an international company from the FMCG sector. They are hiring approximately 26 000 employees across the globe.
Currently we are supporting them in building their Talent Acquisition team in Europe that will be dedicated to support European entities.
The team will be a part of their SSC structures.
Managing end to end recruitment process, also volume recruitment
Supporting Hiring Managers through the entire vacancy lifecycle, organizing and running briefing calls and weekly updates
Providing consultancy, advising Hiring Managers on best talent pool on the market and best recruitment solutions using data and knowledge to influence the right hiring decisions
Positioning the company as the first choice for top talent
Cooperating with external business partners, recruitment agencies when required
Building excellent candidate experience starting from creation of job descriptions, training Hiring Managers, leading interviews, sharing feedback
Implementing and executing talent-sourcing strategies to build solid pipeline for current and future hiring demands
Maintaining ATS (SAP Success Factors) and ensuring compliance in the Talent Acquisition module
Running recruitment marketing campaigns
Collaborating with other SSC teams to ensure proper offer management, pre on-boarding and on-boarding
Meeting Talent Acquisition SLAs : data integrity, pipeline flow, requisition and candidate management
Minimum 3 years in the similar position, experience in recruiting for the FMCG company will be an asset
Experience in volume recruitment
Fluent English and Polish
Advanced market mapping skills
Knowledge of employment law legislation for Poland
Knowledge of ATS, previous experience working with SAP Success Factors will be an advantage
Advance MS Office
Good analytical, communication and prioritization skills
Permanent employment contract after the successful probation period
