Job Description

Project Management Officer will be part of continuous PMO efforts supporting Eurofins Global IT Transformation initiatives.

The position encompasses creation and management of organization-wide standards, processes, tools, sharing the know-how, supporting Program and Project Managers in the dialogue with Senior IT Management.

Group IT PMO department supports circa 100 Global IT Transformation Projects in a rapidly changing environment.

Assignments :

The main responsibilities of a Project Management Officer in Group IT PMO Department :

  • Standardize and install IT program / project management processes & reporting practices;
  • Establish delivery monitoring controls and governance mechanisms;
  • Centralize information and deliver it to the right stakeholders;
  • Foster collaboration, promote synergies and share good practices / methodologies with Program and Project Managers on : Effective project delivery;
  • Maintaining project related documentation;Generating regular and ad-hoc reports for the management;
  • Monitor and Report Program and Project related statistics via KPIs, dashboards (optimize and automate);
  • Maintain data / information repositories used as a single source of truth (in the application or file based);
  • Run the process of requesting external consultants for Global IT Transformation Initiatives;
  • Creation of regular and ad-hoc reports;
  • Take ownership of other initiatives within the team as a single point of contact


  • Master’s degree or equivalent (preferably in technology or business administration);
  • 3-5 years professional experience in similar role and / or consulting;
  • Fluent spoken and written English is required;
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Appreciated

  • Experience in the global PMO team;
  • PMP certification;
  • Agile certification;
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Personal profile

  • Detail / quality oriented and analytical;
  • Experience in preparing decision making material and documentation for Management;
  • Extremely organized;
  • Strong time-management skills;
  • Good interpersonal relation skills;
  • Ambitious, eager to learn and continuously develop personal and technical capabilities;
  • Assertive, able to question the status quo
  • Education required :

  • Master’s degree or equivalent (preferably in technology or business administration);
  • Languages : fluent English.
