Your field of responsibility

In the role of business analyst you will take part in long term projects of creating Master Data and Reporting Solutions for Swiss Universal Bank (SUB) division.

You will gather experience by working on complex projects for the creation and enhancement of globally rolled out applications for data management and BI reporting.

You will work in a challenging environment improving your stakeholder management skills, collaborating with the IT, Finance and other business teams in an international environment.

Your key responsibility will be to act as an interface between Business and IT, understanding user needs and working with a development team on their implementation.

Your future colleagues

You will join the Management and Business Information Solution department, which is the prime source of management and business information for global Private Banking.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for :

  • Preferably 3 years of experience in business analysis and requirements definition.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English.
  • Good interpersonal skills and effective management of different cultures.
  • Analytic thinking, attention to details and proactive problem solving approach.
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially practical Excel.
  • Work experience in SCRUM or project run in an Agile methodology.
  • Master or equivalent degree in banking, finance or IT preferred.
  • Knowledge of SQL (Oracle, Microsoft SQL) query language is an asset.
  • Experience with Atlassian Jira & Confluence, Sparx Enterprise Architect is a nice to have.
  • Experience with Orchestra Networks EBX or other MDM tool is nice to have.
