Position Description

  • Process incoming sales orders in SAP.
  • Review customers’ orders to ensure completeness and correctness of delivery instructions.
  • Interface between Customer, Sales, Operations and Finance.
  • Invoice customers in accordance with relevant documentation.
  • Provide phone and email support to both customers and sales team.
  • Operate in dynamic, fast changing environment.
  • Position Requirements

  • English language skills proficiency, both oral and written.
  • Knowledge of French would be an asset (intermediate level would be sufficient).
  • Experience in Customer Care would be an asset.
  • MS-Office knowledge.
  • SAP knowledge would be an asset.
  • Personal Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong prioritization skills in a multi-tasking environment.
  • Well-developed team working skills.
  • Able to make decisions and work under pressure.
  • Quick learner with competence to resolve customer inquiries.
