Support Inside Sales DACH team (responsible for Consumables sale within Germany, Switzerland and Austria) in responding to customer’s inquiries and handling customer’s issues
Interface with other departments as required, handling customer situations, research customer issues and solving internal coordination problems, maintains communication by troubleshooting, reporting and tracking problems
Prepare quotations using SAP system
Coordinate with other company departments to prevent and resolve issues in product quoting, sales, and shipping
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through customer contact to appropriate owner Using SAP, SFDC, CRM and other company software
