We re building the team in Wroclaw, so we have number of open roles join us today! Main responsibilities 1.Service Delivery Supervises the end-to-end deliverables and overall service quality.

Manages and plans for daily, weekly and monthly deliverables. Allocates and distributes work between assigned employees.

Acts as the point of contact for the Client Service Manager and is a point of escalation for issues and complex situations.

Reviews collateral file reconciliations and monthly report 1st draft where applicable. Acts as production support to provide deal coverage when necessary.

Performs cash management subscriptions and redemptions function for funding of trades and payments. Works with CSM to on board new transactions and manages all new deal set functions 2.

Employee Development Develops and manages training plans for each assigned TA. Monitors progress of staff training and ensures that courses are being attended and completed.

Assists Team Leader in building the development plan for each assigned TA. Supports Team Leader in the management of staff by contributing to Mid Year and Year End Reviews and participating in the reviews.

Provides regular feedback to the Team Leader on performance of each assigned TA. 3.Control and Risk Environment Ensure compliance with all internal policies, department guidelines, and external regulation.

Conducts quality review checks and ensures that breaches are escalated. 4.Strategic Planning Oversees the planning and execution of strategic product and service delivery enhancements and client implementation and plan redesign work.


  • Minimum 1-2 years of team management experience within financial environment
  • Problem solving skills necessary to solve various operational issues that arise on a daily basis that affect our clients and their accounts.
  • Fluent spoken and written English language skills is essential
  • Experience in financial services - knowledge of Loan Administration, Syndicated Loans and / or Structured Finance is essential
  • Excellent Excel Skills are required
  • Experience working within global team environment
  • Proven track record to work within team that delivers against deadlines and client deliverables
  • Adaptability (ability to modify approach as situations change, and to easily accept changes to own organization or job requirements)
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with key internal clients including business, operations and colleagues Our offer for you :
