WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT

Our Business Development teams focus on building partnerships with new Groupon UK merchants. We spend our days learning about what makes small-

business tick and how to craft unique marketing campaigns to help them reach their targeted audiences. Our expertise ultimately creates jobs and drives economies as we help local merchants thrive.

As a Team Leader on the Business Development team, you'd be responsible for leading and developing a sales team, maintaining high productivity levels, achieving sales expectations and continuing to grow the organization.

You will be consistently using improving sales processes and tools to help your team exceed their sales targets and optimize the offerings within their specific business category.

WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING

Acquiring and maintaining good relations with partners from Groupon

Responsibility for increases in sales performance and quality in sales team from month to month

Division of labor between the employees in team

Motivating, supporting and delegating tasks to members of team

Providing delegated by the Employer amount of quality contracts per month

Maximize sales performance by streamlining processes related to managing a portfolio of clients and offers

Building and developing a marketing strategy to attract and retain business partners develop a strategy for increasing MSAT

Motivate, support, set targets and track performance for the Team in order to acquire and retain Groupon partners, negotiating trade conditions, signing contracts, etc

Deliver set number of appropriate quality contracts each month, target revenue and margin

Set and approve the deals schedule on website

Analyse the performance and use the findings to improve the reps performance

Establish a communication level with the business stakeholders to align processes, share results and decide on actions addressing improvement opportunities

THE SKILLS AND BACKGROUND WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Fluent in English (min C1)

1 to 3 years previous Inside Sales experience

Previous experience managing a Sales team

Experience in actively seeking new business partners

Highly developed negotiation skills in order to conduct effective sales conversations

Willingness to meet new challenges

Creativity and innovation in everyday tasks
