Job Description : THE ROLE
This role is a maternity cover contract until March 2022 (with possibility of further extension).
As Recruiter supporting all hiring needs in Germany, Austria and Switzerland you will spend your time souring and pre-qualifying candidates for non-technical vacancies (sales, finance, customer service, HR, legal etc.
for multiple offices and business units across DACH. You will also use your exceptional communication and German language skills to partner with hiring managers, business leaders and candidates, providing insights on local market conditions to the hiring managers and asking smart questions to get a deep understanding of Arrow business and culture and be able to find the best match for any given role and apply the most effective recruitment strategy.
This role is part of EMEA Recruiting team located in our office in Gdansk and Krakow, so you will be working with the hiring managers, candidates and HR Business partners remotely.
You will work in a team of HR and Recruitment professionals helping build the future of Arrow one hire at the time.
