Job Description

  • Co-defining development needs within the Group
  • Cooperation with business internal partners & management board to create adequate long term development projects eg. digital competences, soft skills, analytical skills
  • Co-creation of employees development path
  • recommending external partners to cooperation training companies and conferences
  • Cooperation with external partners adjusting development projects to Publicis Groupe needs / guidelines
  • Inspiring and motivating employees in self-development
  • Managing group of internal trainers giving regular feedback to improve trainings in terms of way of leading and merits
  • Cooperation with technology partners Google, Facebook planning inspiration sessions, workshops and trainings, co-managing certification programms
  • Cooperation with global L&D teams
  • Co-host internal trainings
  • Building e-learnings basing on internal trainings
  • Managing local intranet in terms of trainings / workshops, contact with users, assistance in signing up for training, contact with managers regarding training and employee enrollment
  • Recommending trainings and workshops for specific business needs
  • Monitoring employees development eTutor & Marcel Classes quarterly reports
  • Preparation of annual reports to Global Team
  • Preparation of contracts, reports, and other documents related to the organization of training
  • Managing Publicis Groupe development budgets trainings, conferences, workshops, language platform, co-financing development initiatives
  • Managing team of 2 direct reports
  • Qualifications

  • Good, practical knowledge about digital capabilities in media & advertising agency is a must
  • Managerial experience
  • Very good project management skills
  • Very good English
  • Very good interpersonal skills communication, cooperation,
  • Can do / solution oriented attitude
