Technology and Production Automation Manager

Responsibilities :

  • supervises, controls and organizes the course of technological processes in the production process,
  • monitors progress, verifies the effects of the subordinate team's activities,
  • plans to use resources effectively,
  • coordinates activities in order to implement the assumed plans,
  • ensures the correct flow of information and supervises documentation in accordance with the applicable document flow instructions,
  • prepares, prepares, updates and verifies instructions, technical and technological documentation
  • Supervises the work of the production preparation area (preparation of documentation for production orders, standardization of material consumption),
  • designs, develops, updates and develops technological processes,
  • supervises the implementation of new product technologies, modifications of existing ones,
  • Initiates and coordinates automation projects
  • cooperates with the research and development department in the field of design solutions,
  • evaluates, develops and motivates a team of subordinate employees,
  • Coordinates changes in the software area, including (CPQ + AX, SCADA)
  • performing other tasks ordered by the immediate supervisor.
  • Candidate profile :

  • higher education, preferably directional,
  • minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in a production company in the area of steel structures processing,
  • change management skills,
  • project management skills, MS Project,
  • ability to work in a team; organizational skills, communication and collaboration,
  • knowledge of English at a level of at least B2,
  • knowledge of engineering software in the field of technical documentation (Auto Cad) and / or other 2D / 3D,
  • readiness for few business trips - approx. 10%,
  • knowledge of MS 365 (including Excel, Power Point, Teams, OneDrive).
