Experience in AR, especially collections
Fluent English

What will you do?
Monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts
Collection calls and / or correspondence to collect overdue receivables
Providing customer service on high level
Resolving disputes by contacting customers, projects managers and controllers or any other parties responsible for dispute resolution
Performing other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the AR department
Close cooperation with project accounting, reconciliation team and other departments
