Position Description

Field Team Leader Asset Management in Retail Channel

Your future challenges

Proper territory team assignment

Objectives setting and performance management of team

Reporting all Asset Management results in assigned region.

Own and team work organization to meet targets, ensure client satisfaction and decrease costs

Responsible for team talent management process, including recruitment, coaching, training and development

Manage audit program planning and coordination of audits

Delivering of information about CHEP Services, ensuring right services for CHEP equipment including Asset Management efficiency

Implementation of changes in processes to rise CHEP equipment efficiency, to improve clients relations and to rise work efficiency

Maintain relationships at appropriate levels with customers to support growth

Maintaining relationships within market and organization to support appropriate CHEP growth

What we look for

A Master’s Degree in Management or a related field is desired

Min. 5 years of experience in customer facing role with good knowledge of FMCG Supply Chain (Retail industry knowledge is necessary)

Experience as team leader in the field

Well-developed internal and external relationship management

Excellent management skills and ability to organize and plan effectively to meet short and long term goals

Highly organized, detailed, and proven ability to achieve objectives through building a committed team

Analytically minded with attention to detail

Strong numeric reasoning skills
