Description

Key Responsibilities of the Change Lead are :

  • Responsible to review and approve change task assigned to the team before the change goes to approval phase
  • Responsible for change assignment and workload prioritization
  • Responsible to monitor and address all alerts related to Changes
  • Responsible to prepare and perform Turnover between regions
  • Responsible for change deviation and extension review and approvals including validating all documentation such as deviations / extensions or escalations are included in the change
  • Ensure proper coverage is available for each shift
  • Responsible to provide guidance to the Change techs and also training of new team members
  • Strong customer focus and serves as a liaison between the Technical Network, level 1 / level 2 support teams, and the command centers globally.

    Qualifications

  • Working experience in large network infrastructure
  • Proven leadership experience, ability to work effectively with a diverse audience.
  • Good clear communication in English (verbal and written) and presentation skills. This role will interact with Senior Business and IT management as well as highly technical engineers.
  • Good negotiation / conflict management skills.
  • Customer focused, Service oriented, Results driven.
  • Persistence, ability to get things done.
  • Ability to create and develop working relationships with customers and colleagues worldwide.
  • Successful track record of working with customers and strategic partners.
  • Ability to work in a high volume, pressurized, financial organization.
  • Organized and methodical, ability to multi task, with good time keeping skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • CCNA Certification preferred.
  • SQL, Visual Basic a plus
