CodiLime helps companies build and transform their network applications by providing expert knowledge and technical teams experienced in building, developing and integrating SDN & NFV solutions in a single-, multi- or hybrid-cloud environment.

We are looking for a DevOps / Network Engineer with network automation experience who would like to explore the world of SDN / NFV and work with (automated) deployments in both public and private clouds.

The goal is to support projects with hands-on experience from an automation development phase, through solution deployment and integration to troubleshooting of a working service.

Client is based in the US.

We work on multiple interesting projects at the time, so it may happen that we’ll invite you to the interview for another project, if we see that your competencies and profile are well suited for it.

Requirements

Good knowledge of public clouds (AWS / GCP / Azure)

Good knowledge of Linux, Docker, Kubernetes

Experience with CI / CD

Hands-on automation experience (Terraform)

Good knowledge of networks and network protocols

Scripting language knowledge (e.g. Python, Bash)

Fluent in English (B2 level minimum)

Readiness to work late afternoons because of client’s time zone

Responsibilities

Preparing an automation for cloud deployments on different public clouds

Delivering CI changes, automated tests, and network configuration

Working with a Customer to deliver a working solution

Working together with a Customer to improve exisic automation framework

We also welcome

Knowledge of OpenStack, OpenShift

Hands-on experience with Ansible

An understanding of DevOps methodology

Experience with production grade deployments
