We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic person as a member of our Level 1 Network Change function across the organization.

Candidates need to be ready to take on the challenges of working in a fast-paced, world class environment. The GCC Level 1 Change Analyst will be performing change implementation alongside a team of like-

minded individuals impacting all Sectors and Lines of Business. This is all done from our state of the art regional Command Center in partnership with the teams for other services and in collaboration with our other Operations centers.

This role will have a report into the regional Change Manager to foster collaboration and consistency. To accomplish this the Change Manager will ensure the analyst teams are efficient and effective, that controls are in place to mitigate risk, use metrics to identify areas for improvement, partner with the CTI technical teams to drive continual improvement of change quality, and ensure the change process evolves to meet the needs of the CTI technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for implementing network changes across CITI’s global infrastructure with consistency, accuracy, and diligence
  • Your part in this will be both execution and leveraging your communication skills to inform your leads and managers about any potential problems that may arise during a change activity
  • Act as a liaison between various Technical (Network, level 1 / level 2 support teams), Command Centers and CTI businesses providing direction and support to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Work effectively with virtual and remote team members exercising critical thinking to resolve issues and presenting technical findings accurately to internal customers and leadership
  • Directly impact the business by ensuring the quality of work provided by self and others; impacts own team and closely related work teams by providing mentoring and training to junior members of the team
  • Qualifications

  • Good communication in English (verbal and written).
  • Diligent and methodical, ability to multi task, with good time keeping skills.
  • Customer focused, Service oriented, Results driven.
  • Persistence, ability to get things done.
  • Ability to create and develop working relationships with customers and colleagues worldwide.
  • Ability to work in a high volume, pressurized, financial organization.
  • Associate degree in relevant discipline or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Experience on Network support position is a preferred.
  • CCNA knowledge preferred - CCNA Certification is a plus.
  • DNS or Load balancer experience is a plus.
