ProductSpecialist (One Ethicon)
Location : Dolnośląskie / Opolskie / Śląskie / Małopolskie, Poland Contract : full time
The Product Specialist will be responsiblefor sales and promotion of J&J ONE Ethicon portfolio products within thehealthcare services industry.
The responsibilities & the impact YOU willhave :
Responsible for achieving MD&Dproduct sales to new and established accounts to accomplish sales objectivesand greater market penetration.
Accomplish targeted sales andincrease the market share.
Serve multiple accounts in aprescribed territory.
Conduct and implement complex MarketDevelopment and Field Marketing activities.
Make preplanned sales presentationsand demonstrate proper use of products to physicians.
Develop customer and product focusedpresentation packages for sales.
Contact and schedule appointmentswith potential new customers.
Promote and coordinate ProfessionalEducation activities extensively to enhance the knowledge of Health careprofessionals.
Make regular visits to customerlocations to gather information on orders and market conditions.
Identify customer needs andrecommend new products to address them.
Execute contract and / or tendermanagement activities.
Target and manage assigned territorywhile operating within an assigned budget.
Coordinate with the logistics teamto ensure product availability.
Execute national, regional and localpromotional activities that are designed to advance sales in specific productlines and therapeutic areas.
Follow up with customers, givestechnical and professional support.
Analyze and develop sales forecastsfor business planning by account and submits to management.
Prepare sales reports and documentsas required.
Review customer orders and productsales and establish improvement plan.
Provide feedback on customers,promotional programs, and environmental changes and provide ideas to improveproduct and company performance in the marketplace.
Work with members of the regionalsales team to improve product and company performance in the marketplace.

University degree (medical educationor related sciences education would be an advantage)
Ability to develop and maintainprofessional relationships with business clients
Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills
Ability to work independently andmanage time
Ability to adapt and react todynamic and changing circumstances in the market
Creativity, high level ofmotivation, ethical approach in achieving business goals
High level of energy, engagement andresponsibility
At least one year of experience inworking with MD products
Very good computer skills (MicrosoftOffice)
Mobility (availability to travelfrequently)
Drivinglicense category B
