Our Client
R&D center focused on creating Artificial Intelligence and Cloud solutions for a leading consumer electronics company specializing in the research, development and manufacturing of products ranging from TVs (2nd largest global producer), mobile phones, audio and smart home products.
Role
We are looking for an experienced technology analyst to search for new innovations and technologies across Europe, deeply analyse and introduce them to the Board.
Responsibilities
Technology & innovation scouting across European startups, companies and universities in various electronic hardware areas including, but not limited to :
New display technologies (e.g., naked eye 3D, light field, holographic display, HUD, AR / VR),
Sensors and other application areas based on TFT process,
IC Design : IP core (e.g., RISC-V, MIPI / P2P, WiFi / BT),
Power device design and process technology (e.g., IGBT, GaN and SiC design and process),
Photovoltaic and battery technologies,
Materials (e.g., LCD, OLED, QLED);
In-depth evaluation and analysis of new technologies;
Building partnerships with the most advanced technology providers;
Developing technical and product strategies with Client's HQ;
Staying up to date and researching about emerging technology trends;
Attend in innovation & technological fairs across Europe.
Must have
Relatively broad technical experience, especially in electronics or display technologies;
Desire for continuous learning and exploring new technology fields;
Insightful personality, able to analyse independently and provide effective strategic advice;
Minimum BSc degree in electronics, computer science or related field;
Good command of English both written and spoken.
Nice to have
PhD degree / research experience;
Experience in market analysis, roadmap and strategy formulation.
