We are the largest and the most modern test center in Poland. In Testing Competency Center we have got a lot of projects in many sectors, from the banking system and telecommunication to the industrial sector.

Projects are often conducting in international teams. We are involved in a wide range of projects conected to manual and automated testing of mobile, desktop and web aplications (functional, end2end, security, and performance testing).

We are constantly looking for innovations and new ways of developing both our projects and ourselves. Currently, we are looking for Service Delivery Manager in Cracow.

  • Organizing and supervising a team delivering testing services
  • Meet or exceed Client's needs, maintain high Clients satisfaction rating
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned Clients, maintain good long-term relationships
  • Creating reports and comparisons illustrating the standard of service in accordance with the parameters agreed upon with the Client
  • Take care about increasing business in selling services (promote Sii offer, obtain business information about clients and competitors, up-
  • selling - creating new needs among Sii Clients)

  • Implementing the best practices and optimising IT support processes
  • Prepare Technical & Commercial offers, help to build winning offers in cooperation with Sii Sales Department, Sii Experts
  • Act as expert to resolve complex issues and provide suggestions on improvements
  • Required skills :

  • At least 3 years' experience in similar position (managing IT projects, managing delivery of IT services, team management) within testing service delivery
  • At least 5 years' experience in area of Testing
  • Advanced knowledge of architecture of testing products, different commercial solutions
  • Knowledge of issues, methodologies and tools for systems' architectures, business processes and data modelling
  • Good understanding of IT services' market and sales process
  • Experience in managing the relationship with customers
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Commitment, consistency in working towards the objective, excellent organization of work
  • Focus on effectiveness of the solutions and their timely delivery
  • Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility
  • Determination, proactivity, ambition, teamwork, positive attitude
  • Master's Degree
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Nice to have :

  • ITIL v3 Foundation Certification
  • ISTQB Advanced Level - Test Manager
  • Certifications confirming IT-related professional skills
