Range of responsibilities :

Delivers project / program scope, planning, resource requirement definition, PM discipline SME and capability expert, leveraging HPE Sales Comp PM tools / techniques appropriate to the program (waterfall, Agile, hybrid).

and ensure requirements documentation meets standards. Lead, and Regional Deployment Managers on delivering MTO (Move To Operations) plan

  • Deliver and complete program / project milestones according to plan for every phase of the program
  • Manage transition from one phase of the program to the next through entrance / exit criteria and plans (UAT, Release, MTP, MTO ) Align with IT on an efficient SIT strategy and exit criteria and follow up during all phase until UAT.
  • Creation and delivery of appropriate HPE Sales Comp plans Definition of appropriate program delivery, UAT and release plans, post MTP validation, and roadmap to get to MTO

  • Partner with Resource Mgr. and workstream lead to identify and secure required resources at the right time Partner with IT (HPE IT, IT vendors) and collaborate with them and QA to create / review / approve high level test strategies and work with Sales Comp SMEs to identify key tests cases
  • Manage project team meetings, action tracking and RAID Logs; host kickoff / exit sessions per phase as appropriate Manage Change Request process (technical and non-
  • technical) at the project and phase level for scope, timelines, resources, business benefits and partner with

  • Executes delivery communications (e.g. MTP / release notifications, downtimes)
  • Prepare and communicate project progress
