The tasks of the Talent Sourcer include delivering and implementing strategy within the area of responsibility and in alignment with Group directives and the HR strategy.

In this role you will be responsible for talent sourcing in ABB Talent team in Poland ensuring a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs and to support in some other recruitment related activities.

You will be working closely with our Talent team members and different businesses. If you have excellent networking skills, you are enthusiastic about the world of recruiting and you are looking for part time job, we’d like to meet you.

This position reports to

East Europe HUB Lead for Talent Acquisition & Talent Advancement

Your responsibilities

Collaborating with business and Talent Partners to identify position requirements

Identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques

Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks

Reviewing online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates

Developing a network of potential candidates and industry professionals

Identifying future hiring needs and develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Your background

Work experience in sourcing

Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to engage top candidates and build networks

Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
