We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join our thriving and dynamic team at Motorola Solutions. The EMEA Talent Acquisition Organization supports all hiring countries in Europe, Middle East, and Africa comprising nearly 40 possible hiring locations.
This role is based in Krakow, Poland, and is reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
As a senior recruiter you will be :
Setting up and executing recruitment strategy and planning
The first point of contact in the field of staffing and transfers for managers
Managing the full lifecycle of recruitment activities including direct sourcing, consultations, negotiations, and on-boarding
Researching innovative recruitment strategies and developing creative solutions to generate high-quality CVs
Supporting external recruitment activities e.g. university / graduate recruitment or career fairs
Organizing recruitment events
Supporting branding activities to increase MSI brand awareness
Staying in touch with 3rd party vendors
At least four years of experience in recruitment (any experience in IT will be an advantage)
Excellent knowledge of sourcing channels and recruitment methods
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
