Customer Service Specialist with Italian
Your tasks :
Providing remote Service Desk Global Support to end-users working on shifts,
Analyzing problems related to software and hardware, providing corrective resolutions,
Troubleshooting and relating resolution procedures to non-technical end-users,
Contacting the end-user via phone, e-mail & chat,
Fluent Italian (B2 / C1) and communicative English (B2)
Previous experience with 1st line remote support or in customer service area,
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients,
