Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online. What do you need to start?
speak German at least at C1 level and English at B2 level
pro client attitude and communication skills
basic experience in Windows 7 and MS Office
customer service experience (is an asset but is not necessary)
team player, problem solving attitude and efficient task management skills
We don’t require professional experience. You will be working among experts, where willingness to learn new things is supported by a wide range of trainings designed to improve your skills.
What duties will help you grow as an expert?
handle incoming phone calls / e-mails from customers regarding technical issues related to everyday usage of a computer
analyze and resolve most common enquiries using step-by-step solutions provided to you
deliver high quality standard service to customers
cooperate with IT specialist team to deal with more complex issues
What your development path can look like?
You will start your career from the onboarding plan where you’ll grab the basics. When you gain enough experience, you can get promoted or change your role internally choosing from various job positions in areas such as finance, project management, customer care, IT and much more.
