EVO Payments, Inc. is a leadingpayments processor and acquirer for merchants, independent sales organizations,financial institutions, government organizations and multinational corporationslocated throughout North America and Europe.
The Technical Program Manager will be responsiblefor leading teams through the implementation of complexprograms and their corresponding projects using a combination of management andtechnical skills.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing complex IT programs and projects.
PMP and PgMP preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Project
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering project management discipline and structure to an evolving and dynamic environment.
Incredible organization, communication and problem solving skills.
Ability to influence and negotiate to obtain positive outcomes, through high quality written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing the successful IT integration of acquired companies
Experience in the payments space is a plus
Ability to exercises discretion and independent judgement when making decisions that affect the Company
Utilize support resources to better assist our customers with any request they may have
Ability to escalate top priority, production-critical issues to the appropriate technical staff
Ability to prioritize and balance the needs of multiple constituents and projects
Must be able to utilize effective time management skills, work effectively under pressure and set personal deadlines, while working with limited supervision required
ITIL Experience preferred
Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in IT project management best practices, processes, and methodologies
Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows based programs required
Oversee all aspects of program management; working closely with the business teams, infrastructure teams, and development teams.
Lead technical deployment programs and projects from kick-off to close
Review project portfolio for program consolidation opportunities as necessary
Ensure customer projects are delivered on-time, on-budget and within all business requirements and specifications.
Work with business teams, infrastructure teams, development teams, and project managers to coordinate development and delivery of services, manage project related risks, identify and resolve issues as they arise.
Develop required project management documentation such as detailed project plans (Microsoft Project), action item trackers, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
Monitors program and project performance and interact regularly with project sponsor, stakeholders, and executive team.
Manage dependencies from all program work streams and projects, assisting with workforce planning and prioritization as necessary
Assist with development of development and management of PMO operating procedures
Maintains and owns program communication, reporting on consolidated program and project status as required
Leads project and facilitates meetings through effective communication, and adapts communication style and medium to best suit the audience
