Tasks

  • Managing of customer’s claims.
  • Lead root cause analysis and defining measures for failure avoiding.
  • Ensuring execution and evaluation of quality actions according to 8D methodology due to customer complaint caused by failures on the produced engines.
  • Acting as point of contact and maintaining relationship with customer’s quality representatives.
  • Ensuring continuity of deliveries of qualified engines to the customer assembly lines.
  • Creating analyzes, reports regarding the complaint management area.
  • Liasing with customer’s auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective actions.
  • Represent the own area of competence to other internal and external customers.
  • Support of the new engine launch at customer vehicle assembly plant.
  • Cooperation with other departments to get customer release in Production Process and Product Approval (PPF).
  • Exchange experience with other complaint engineers across locations within Daimler AG.
  • Creation and Implementation of new concepts and processes for complaint management for In- house- and Supplier Parts in Cooperation with an external Service Provider.
  • Reporting to Manager of Complaint Management
  • Fulfillment of given targets and ensuring Quality Standards. Compliance with guidelines and other regulations and standards.
  • Qualifications

  • Education : technical study or vocational training in Complaint Management.
  • Experience :
  • More than 2 years in customer relations in quality department in international cooperation
  • Applicable experience in complaint management using 8-D methodology
  • Applicable experience in Production Process and Product Approval (PPF).
  • Fluent Polish and English and wherever applicable German
  • Competences : corporate policy; ability to work in team; ability to plan, organize and prioritize work; ability to obtain and process information, analyze quantitative data, create and edit written reports;
  • strong communication skills including verbal and written inside and outside an organization; excellent presentation and facilitation skills;
  • self-dependence and flexibility engagement and high degree of proactivity.
