For our Clients, global companies SSCO / BPO sector, we are looking for Specialists / Senior Specialists with laungages in the Accountancy departments.
Duties and responsibilities for each possition :
AP Accountant :
Entry invoices from suppliers
Perform reconciliations of AP related accounts
Preparation of payment proposals
Carry out internal controls
AR Accountant :
Ensure that all payments to suppliers, consultants, employees etc. are processed accurately; efficiently and effectively in compliance with all internal controls and policies;
Record incoming payments and reconcile bank statements;
Perform reconciliation of AR related accounts;
GL Accountant :
Preparing journal entries accurate and compliant with company policies and applicable accounting regulations
Supervising accounts receivable and accounts payable balances
Responsibility for month-end closing activities, especially :
Verify monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Preparing and / or assisting in other statutory reporting preparation
Requirements :
Previous experience in BPO / SSC environment - an asset
General accounting principles knowledge
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree
Willingnes to work fully remotelly or remotelly but in the future in the office+HO
Very good English and German B2+ / C1 - must have
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high volume environment
