Your field of responsibility

Join us as a Business Analyst in the Workforce Reporting Team and become a part of the global My HR Services and Solutions group.

As part of our team you will be responsible for creating various reports and analyses in the reporting tools and providing them for operating business.

You will take ownership for the delivery of high-quality services within agreed deadlines to support business locations and clients.

You will have the opportunity to identify and implement potential process and content improvements including self-service infrastructure and automation.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for :

  • Results-oriented individual with outstanding analytical and problem solving skills and high attention to detail.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in corporate environment (Data Analyst, Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English, knowledge of German would be an advantage.
  • Professional and active day-to-day service to clients within agreed deadlines.
  • Outstanding analytical skills particularly in evaluating and managing large data sets using Excel - advanced MS Excel is a must
  • Knowledge of VBA - would be an asset.
  • Familiarity with SQL - would be a plus.
  • Pronounced organizational talent and excellent time management.
  • Ability to manage work independently and under time pressure, in fast-paced environment to deliver pragmatic, high-quality results.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues from different functions and cultures.
