Senior Quality Analyst EY GDS Service Excellence team’s purpose is to drive efficiencies in the way EY teams operate and deliver service to both internal and external customers.
This is achieved through extensive training and mentoring in the area of Lean Six Sigma tools and desktop automations (VBA, Access).
In the role of the Senior Quality Analyst (Senior Associate) you will be facilitating Process Improvement workshops for the entire EY GDS population in order to identify automation and quality projects in operations.
You will play a crucial role in building the Continuous Improvement Culture in the whole organization. Your key responsibilities
