TAC & C3RT IT are anintegral part of Group Operations and GOSD ( 4000FTE), providing key oversightand control across Trade Validation, Clearing, Client Asset Segregation andControl, demonstrating new technologies across analytics and integration andadopting future state resourcing methods via Utilities.

The TAC & C3RT COO Teamprovide direct support to the Global Heads of TAC and C3RT and their groups( 450FTE globally), with a broad remit of responsibility across costmanagement, strategy and operating model support, workforce strategy, headcountmanagement, portfolio management and ad-

hoc project support. The role offers anexcellent opportunity to develop a broad skill-set operating in a small, highperforming global COO team.

  • Headcount monitoring and control across the TAC & C3RT organization including new hires, leavers and transfers, and reconciliation to HR systems as required
  • Preparation of accurate and timely headcount related scenario analysis, data summaries and reporting for senior management to support effective decision-making
  • You will support hiring processes in partnership with managers & support functions (e.g. Group COO, HR, Finance) globally
  • You will co-ordinate and maintain organisational and financial structures in CS systems, including responsibility for functional reorganizations and maintenance of organizational presentations
  • COO support across IT Portfolio and Cost Accounting, including accurate resource forecasting in OnePPM (resource allocations, time compliance) and close collaboration with PM / PMO teams to deliver concise MI
  • Other ad hoc deliveries / projects as assigned
  • You have 2+ year work experience, ideally in a financial or large corporate institution. Exceptional candidates with more / less experience will be considered.
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree - Information Technology, Financial Accounting, Business Administration or a related subject would be beneficial
  • Demonstrable leadership, client relationship and partner management skills and an ability to effectively collaborate at all levels
  • You possess strong communication skills
  • You have high degree of proficiency in MS Office
  • You have good analytical skills and financial mind-set
  • Preferred

  • Portfolio / financial management / PMO / COO experience
  • Deep understanding of portfolio / program / project management skills in transformational / change organizations
  • Ability to build concise and clear consolidated reports and visual presentations to communicate to senior management
  • Knowledge of OnePPM (Clarity) and SharePoint is a plus
